Mixed Martial Arts Gloves
If you train in mixed martial arts and are looking to compete, then you'll need a pair of MMA gloves.
MMA gloves are fingerless fight gloves that are padded at the knuckles, usually 4oz in weight which is the competition standard.
MMA gloves are suitable for striking, wrestling and grappling thanks to the free movement of the fingers, allowing more control when gripping.
