The motion is exceptionally smooth providing a comfortable and natural 20" (50.8cm) stride. The controls are easy to use with quick start/stop buttons and simple selection of programmes. There are 16 programmes to choose from each offering a maximum 25 resistance levels equating to 400 watts of power output- suitable for the most seasoned athlete.
