Kalms Night contains valerian, traditionally used for its sedative action to relieve sleeplessness without causing drowsiness the next day. Used for temporary relief of sleep disturbances based on long standing use as a traditional herbal remedy. How to Use: For sleep disturbances. Take 4 tablets 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, take 4 additional tablets earlier during the evening. Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to take. Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old.
