The Multi Function XT guarantees challenging and effective workouts with 4 bar rest positions and can be used for a variety of exercises such as bench press, incline bench press, shoulder press, bicep curl, leg extension, and leg curl. It is compatible with 5ft/6ft standard and Olympic barbells and comes with an inspirational workout chart. The bench can handle a maximum load of 186kg (410lbs).
