Having tried Bulk Powders Pure Whey Protein in a variety of flavours including strawberry, chocolate mint, banana and vanilla in a past review, I was intrigued to try Bulk Powders new flavour Toffee Popcorn. How can a company replicate the taste of toffee popcorn and if they can, can they do it right?

Well, Bulk Powders have risen to the challenge with Bulk Powders Pure Whey Protein Toffee Popcorn, somehow creating that same unique taste but in a healthy protein powder which tastes ultimately refeshing on a hot summers day as a protein shake, especially after training. Close your eyes and you’ll be tricked into thinking you’re actually tasting the real thing, this is how accurately Bulk Powders have achieved the flavour.

The toffee popcorn flavoured Bulk Powders Pure Whey Protein is made up of 82% instantised pure whey protein, toffee popcorn flavouring, xanthan gum stabiliser, natural colour and sucralose sweetener.

Packed with Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) and L-Glutamine, the 30 gram serving of Bulk Powers Pure Whey Protein provides 22.9g of protein, 2.6g carbohydrates, 2.6g of which are natural sugars, 0.12g of fibre, 0.111g of salt and 2.5g of fat, with the 30g serving providing 131kcal of energy.

Like the other flavours of Bulk Powders Pure Whey Protein, the powder mixes incredibly well and leaves a smooth textured taste without lumps. The unique flavour of toffee popcorn is a nice alternative from your staple flavours and really gives your tastebuds something to savour.

Thanks to the ever-growing list of flavours, repairing and building muscle with whey protein has never been more enjoyable.
